01Enquiry & booking
Send us an enquiry with the date, venue and approximate number of guests. We'll prepare a detailed quote, and your date is confirmed with a 30% deposit.

02Photographs
We take a photo of each guest and ask for their name, so that every finished illustration can be signed. Each artist gets her own photographs and turns them into watercolours the way she sees them.

03Live drawing
The artists draw the portraits while guests carry on enjoying the event. They can watch their illustrations take shape, and in the meantime eat, dance, mingle and celebrate.

04A memory on paper
Every guest takes home a signed illustration, a piece of the evening kept in colour. On request, we add a thank-you note on the back or the frame, so the keepsake has a few words of its own.

New Live Abstract Painting
Every guest, one canvas.
Throughout the celebration, each guest leaves their own small mark: a sketch, a signature, a message, a symbol or a drawing, together creating a one-of-a-kind work of art. At the very end, the artist weaves all the individual marks into one harmonious, finished composition.

We bring together talented artists who are studying at, or have graduated from, the Academy of Fine Arts.

We paint elegant fashion illustrations and stylised portraits in watercolour that keep each person recognisable. Every artist has a slightly different style.

We bring all the materials needed, including paper that we personalise in advance together with you.

About 10 minutes on average, depending on the style of illustration.

We arrive about 30 minutes before the agreed start time. We paint portraits and welcome new guests for 4 hours from the agreed start, then stay on to finish any portraits already under way.

The number of portraits depends on the number of artists, the length of the booking and the pace of the event. Our packages are designed so that, over the usual course of an event, we can paint most of your guests.

There's no need to include us in the meal count for the dinner. We work continuously with minimal breaks; all we ask for is water or other refreshments.

We need 2–4 chairs (depending on the package), one high or low table, and a corner that guests can easily reach and where we can photograph them. We also need a power socket nearby.

Of course! We print the couple's names and the wedding date on the paper, and can add a personal message if you like. Every portrait is hand-signed with the guest's name. For anything else, just get in touch!
